My Review

I recently started taking this and so far I have not noticed any effects. I'm sure I need to take this for at least a few weeks if not longer to noticed any change. I recently had a baby and I struggle with the after math on my hair, skin and nails. I should easily be able to notice the difference with this product. Unlike others who may already have fairly good hair, skin and nails which may not see immediate results or ever notice any at all.

I have to be honest it's really difficult to claim results with a product like this and it will vary so widely per person. I had an issue at first after taking it that I felt like I had a huge limp in my throat. I started taking this with a meal and that corrected the problem. Be sure if you have a sensitive stomach to go ahead and do that instead of taking it for a trial run to find out.

I suppose you could say that even if the product didn't work you still have a lot of natural vitamins in your diet!

I give this product a good review for now and I hope to update you guys soon with photos and great results! :)
