#Crowdtap box Review My Products
Recently I received my first #Crowdtap box to review. The products it contained were for hair care. I have long hair and I love hair care products! Anything that can provide any kind of control for my frizz and make my hair feel light and beautiful is a product I am sure to buy in the future!
So the products I received were Tresemme Keratin Smooth Deep Smoothing Mask, Tresemme Volume Boosting Thermal Creations Mousse, Tresemme Climate Protection Mousse, Tresemme Climate Protection Hair Spray, and Tresemme Tres Two Spray Freeze Hold Mega Firm Hold.

I have to say I really loved this smoothing mask! I have longer hair and it's a struggle to keep my hair looking nice with just shampoo and conditioner. I have quite a few fly aways and my hair doesn't feel light and beautiful. I battle frizz constantly...
I was really excited to try this because I've never really used a "mask" for my hair. I use conditioner and leaves my hair feeling heavy. I used this according to the directions. Wash, rinse, apply smoothing mask, leave 3-4 minutes and rinse. I then towel dried my hair.
The first time I used it I let my hair air dry and I was really surprised that it felt so nice. My hair felt really smooth and light. I didn't notice any frizz and my natural wavy curl looked more like a curl rather then a sloppy frizzy wave/curl. It almost looked like soft loose ringlets!
I kind of figured that the true test would be going to work in 90 degree weather outside. I'm happy to report that I received compliments from my co-workers AND I still had the light ringlets by the time I returned home 10 hours later!
The thing I loved most is that it comes in a large container. I use very little once or twice a week and the container is affordable. Although I do wish the container were a squeeze container of some sort. It would be a lot easier to use in the shower but as far as complaints go that is the only one I'd have.

I have to say I'm personally not usually a big fan of mousse. It leaves my hair with a crinkly hard feeling and I don't like that. I feel the same about hair spray. I like to feel as natural as possible and still look great.
I was not very excited to try these because I've had a ton of mousse products some I even bought from the hair salon and I really didn't care much for them. Most of them just sat in my bathroom until I gave them away.
I did go ahead and try these. I tried the thermal control first. I added it to my hair while it was damp still and then let it dry leaving my hair flowing. I wanted to see if it made my hair hard and gross. To my amazement it didn't. I had a couple of spots where it may have felt a little more stiff but as a whole it felt more natural.
I tried the climate control the next day. I wanted to give plenty of time between trying them to get accurate results. I wash my hair daily unless it starts to feel dry and brittle then I skip a day. I applied it the same as the other and it also didn't make my hair feel gross and stiff.
My hair has a nice wave to it and if it weren't for frizz my hair would be beautiful with very little work involved. These both helped drastically with my frizz. I also work outside on occasion and the heat really kills any volume or body that I had before I left to stand outside for 10 hours in 90 degree weather. Just so happened I was trying one of these the day I got to do this and stand outside in 90 degree weather!!
My hair was really nice before I left home. Instead of having a wavy look the mousse gave it almost a ringlet curl type of look. Not sure if my hair has always looked this way and I was just too frizzy to notice or what!! I was really pleased that I got this beautiful look so effortlessly. Seriously the only thing I did was shower and add a mousse and run my finger through my hair a couple of times then let it air dry. Now THAT is how I want to get ready for my day!
When I returned home from work 10 hours later my hair was still amazing and still had the ringlet look. I think I have a totally new take on mousse now. Apparently I was just buying the wrong mousse product for me. :)
